Pay more attention to the service your providing that day and less on the upsale. No prices were given on oil change. I wasnt asked what kind of oil i wanted to use. High mileage or what?.. I gave no authority to joy ride my vehicle around town for an inspection! I have a manual. The e brake wasnt engaged and my truck wasnt in gear when you parked it. IT ALSO SHOULD NEVER TAKE 90 MIN FOR AN OILCHANGE. I scheduled an appointment!

Our standard of care is to test drive all vehicles prior to coming into our shop and when service is complete, to make sure that your vehicle is safe. We allow at least an hour for each oil change, as we do a complete inspection of your vehicle and then send that inspection to you via text message or email. This way you receive a complete outlook of your entire vehicle. At Georgen Auto we feel it is our obligation to provide you with complete and accurate information about your vehicle.
